Who handles your details?
Costa Key and Care uses your details to handle your enquiry. You can contact us at info@costakeyandcare.com or +34 609 047 264. Our service area is the Costa Brava, Spain.
What do we collect and why?
The form asks for your name, email address, subject and message. A phone number is optional. Only include information needed for your enquiry; do not send sensitive information. We use the details to respond and prepare any arrangements. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries.
Sending through FormSubmit
Your enquiry is sent to FormSubmit for processing and forwarding to our mailbox only when you select Send message. FormSubmit states that submissions are kept in its archive for 30 days. Your IP address and technical request details may also be processed. Processing may take place outside your country; the provider does not specify countries or transfer safeguards in its public privacy policy. See the FormSubmit privacy policy below.
Retention and sharing
We keep contact details and correspondence for as long as needed for your enquiry, any arrangements and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your data. Beyond FormSubmit and our email and hosting providers, we share details only when needed for your request or required by law.
Cookies and external links
This website adds no analytics, advertising trackers, translation widgets or browser storage. Images and fonts are served locally. The host may process technical data to operate and secure the site. WhatsApp opens only when you follow a link; its own terms and privacy rules then apply.
Your rights and questions
You may ask us for access, correction or deletion of your details, or where applicable restriction, portability or objection to processing. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, such as the AEPD in Spain. Please use the email address below with any questions.
